About the Role:

We are looking for a Web (Digital) Marketing Manager to lead the efforts in delivering world-class content strategy to aid in acquisition, retention and growing lifetime value.. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing the execution of BoxyCharm web content as well as content for special events on the website. You will also work cross functionally on the testing of website content and web products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the planning and execution of merchandising content aimed at converting prospects to subscribers, as well as for nurturing current subscribers to upgrade or shop e-commerce sales
  • Develop and manage site content calendars in conjunction with monthly themes and e-commerce events
  • Create and execute A/B testing plan, with guidance from cross-functional teams
  • Leverage web analytics to understand interaction with site content and conversion funnel
  • Optimize web content according to modern best practices, including responsive design and Search Engine Optimization
  • Work closely with the Front-End development and Product team to ensure accurate execution of site merchandising changes

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years of digital merchandising leadership experience
  • Start-up and rapid growth experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience using data to measure performance and determine optimization plan
  • 2+ years experience in website A/B testing (Adobe Target preferred)
  • Willing to be hands-on yet strategic.
  • Ability to make sound decisions confidently equally using intuition and data.
  • Ability to manage through ambiguous and subjective situations.
  • Autonomous work style yet has a strong sense of collaboration, urgency, creativity and results driven.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible to pivot with competing priorities and provide timely crisis management.
  • Willing to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, while also fairly evaluating all possible solutions in making strategic decisions.
  • Resilience, tenacity, high energy. Able to rapidly bounce back from adversity.
  • Flexibility to travel to meet with partners, industry events and/or conferences and/or visit other offices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or related field.

  • HTML/CSS/Javascript coding ability
