About the Role:

We are looking for an interim Helpdesk Analyst to join our corporate IT team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of corporate IT, providing support to users with top-notch customer service skills. You will also assist the corporate IT team with projects as required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide basic to intermediate end-user software and hardware support.
  • Meet SLA’s defined in the IT support framework.
  • Respond and resolve IT support tickets created by internal employees.
  • Escalate to the next level of support for complex issues for timely resolution.
  • Computer re-imaging following SOP.
  • Password reset and account unlock support for multiple applications.
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic experience with Windows Active Directory.
  • Intermediate experience with windows and mac OS.
  • Basic supporting and troubleshooting for Android and iOS 
  • Experience with Google suite.
  • Some experience with SSO applications.
  • Experience with Jira ticketing software.
  • Basic knowledge of networks and WiFi. 
  • Some experience with hardware troubleshooting for personal computers.

Bonus if You Have:

  • A+ or Network+
  • Any windows certifications.
  • Experience working in enterprise IT setup.
